What is KAPA'S Club All about?

  • We offer supervision for your child who is old enough to stay at home, but you would prefer structured and supervised activities. 

  • Students age 6-13

  • Drop off as early as 6am.  Pick up as late as 6:30pm.  Extended evening hours available. 

  • All Molalla public schools have buses that pick up and drop off at our facility.

After School Club Tuition & Policies

  • Monthly Tuition 

 

  • Separate from Dance and Preschool Tuition. 
     

  • Annual Membership Fee  $25 (gives you discounts on camps, merchandise and more!)

 

  • Materials Fee $20 per year for each day you sign up

    • If you sign up for one day a week only your fee is $20 for the year

    • If you sign up for three days a week, your fee is $60 for the year

    • If you sign up for five days a week, your fee is $100 for the year

 

  • 2nd Child - 10% discount off their tuition only. 

  • 3rd Child - 25% discount off their tuition only.

 

Policies:

 

  • Tuition is charged September Thru June.

  • Tuition is based on a total of 32 weeks in the school year - divided into equal monthly payments - for easier budgeting.

    • Our program runs the entire length of the school year, and you are not billed for extra days.  The extra days cover snow days, instructor illness, or other emergencies. 

  • We are closed Labor Day, Thanksgiving Holiday, Christmas Break, Spring Break and Memorial Day.  We are open all other holidays.  Even if your child has a teacher work day, we will be open in the afternoons - full day supervision may be available for additional fees.  

FULL TIME

$260 per month -- $221 a month with Early Auto Pay Discount (15%)

After you deduct the dance class and daily snack it is about $3 an hour

  • 5 Days a Week

  • Hours:  From the time we get them on the bus until 6:30pm

  • Snack provided

  • Includes one hour long dance class a week.

    • Additonal dance classes up to 4 hours 50% discount

    • KAPA Unlimited Dance Pass 50% off

 

4 Days a Week

$225 per month -- $191.25 a month with Early Auto Pay Discount (15%)

  • 4 Days a Week

  • Hours:  From the time we get them on the bus until 6:30pm

  • Snack provided

  • Includes one hour long dance class a week.

    • Additonal dance classes up to 4 hours 40% discount

    • KAPA Unlimited Dance Pass 25% off

 

3 Days a Week

$190 per month -- $161.50 month with Early Auto Pay Discount (15%)

  • 3 Days a Week

  • Hours:  From the time we get them on the bus until 6:30pm

  • Snack provided

  • Includes one hour long dance class a week.

    • Additonal dance classes up to 4 hours 30% discount

    • KAPA Unlimited Dance Pass 20% off

 

2 Days a Week

$150 per month -- $127.50 a month with EarlyAuto Pay Discount (15%)

  • 2 Days a Week

  • Hours:  From the time we get them on the bus until 6:30pm

  • Snack provided

  • Includes one hour long dance class a week.

    • Additonal dance classes up to 4 hours 20% discount

    • KAPA Unlimited Dance Pass 20% off

 

1 Day a Week

$90 per month -- $76.50 a month with Early Auto Pay Discount (15%)

  • Hours:  From the time we get them on the bus until 6:30pm

  • Snack provided

  • Includes one hour long dance class a week.

    • Additonal dance classes up to 4 hours 10% discount

    • KAPA Unlimited Dance Pass 15% off
