Chanaging My Lifestyle

Today is the first day of a new chapter in my life. I need to get healthy! Being honest and transparent in hopes it might help others with their goals. In this blog, you will find my daily activity, food intake and stressors that effect my life and eating choices. I hate having Monday be the starting day for weight and such, so I will always post my weight and measurements on Tuesdays. Challenges: ~ Lack of sleep is my biggest issue, but with my lifestyle right now, getting more is not an option.

~ Not having a real kitchen of my own to use to cook and prepare food. We eat mostly when at the studio and we eat out way too often. The studio only has a microwave, a toaster oven and a couple of electric skillets.

~ Getting too busy and forget to eat until it is late at night...then make bad choices.
